Shipping Information:

4FO's default shipping carrier is UPS. However, we can ship via FedEx, DHL, US Postal Service, or another freight carrier of your choice. We can also ship APO for US military customers. Shipping charges vary per item and will be calculated for you automatically online or by your sales engineer. We can also ship collect on your account. Next day, 2nd day and guaranteed 3 day service is available for most new products and we strongly recommend that refurbished instruments are shipped via 2nd day or overnight services in order to minimize package handling and risk of damage. 4FO's shipping terms are FOB shipping point. Orders requiring same day shipment must be placed by 1pm ET. If a product is back ordered or has an extended lead time, a 4FO representative will contact you immediately.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

4FO offers a 5 day right-of-return for every product in our catalog. All returns must accompany the original packaging, including all software, manuals and accessories. There will be a 5% restocking fee on any order that was paid by credit card. There will be an additional 15% restocking fee for any returns in which the original packaging is lost, damaged or incomplete. 4FO reserves the right to reject returns for special order items or items in which there is wear and tear, damage or visible usage of the returned item. Customers may exchange products sold as "NEW" after the 5 day right-of-return expires and up to 15 days from the date of invoice for a product of equal or greater value. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any exchange in which the original packaging is lost, damaged or incomplete and 4FO reserves the right to reject exchanges in which there is wear and tear, damage or visible usage of the exchanged item.

Shipping and calibration fees are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit.
